Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Or Biology.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Research And Development Environment, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Drug Discovery And Development Processes.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Analyze Complex Data.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Research Findings To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
