
ESH Intern - Ergonomics
As an Ergonomics Intern at Texas Instruments, you will have the opportunity to explore the world of ergonomics and safety in a corporate setting. You will be responsible for assisting with the safety and ergonomics program and initiatives at Texas Instruments. We’re looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about safety and ergonomics.To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with at least one year of experience in safety or ergonomic principles. You must also have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and the ability to learn quickly. Responsibilities:
- Assist with the safety and ergonomics program and initiatives at Texas Instruments.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and ergonomic principles.
- Implement ergonomic principles to improve the workplace environment.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures.
- Monitor and review safety performance and recommend changes.
- Provide ergonomic training to employees.
- Analyze and evaluate workstation design and equipment.
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents.
- Facilitate ergonomic assessments of workstations.
- Identify and address potential safety and ergonomic hazards.
- Prepare reports and presentations on safety and ergonomics.
- Maintain records and documentation related to ergonomics and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure safety and ergonomic standards.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team
