Job Description

Developing new process platforms with step-function improvements in performance and cost. Extending roadmap process technologies with new features, models and reduced costs. Creating innovative, breakthrough technologies for new markets and new products. Responsible for process characterization and optimization to support next generation sensor or MEMS development programs. Drive the characterization of new and novel device structures to ensure robustness, reliability, and manufacturability. Provide feedback and recommendations to architect improvements based on characterization data and finite element device simulations. Work with multiple teams across in product, design, system and business to achieve these goals. Collaborate with his/her peers and leverage their experience and available resources to complement their skills and integrate quickly with the team.
