  1. Develop and implement strategies and policies to achieve the university's sustainability goals for energy and utility services.
  2. Oversee the efficient operation of energy and utility systems on campus, including electricity, water, heating, and cooling.
  3. Monitor and analyze energy usage data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  4. Collaborate with campus departments to promote energy conservation and sustainability practices.
  5. Manage and maintain relationships with energy and utility service providers.
  6. Develop and manage the budget for energy and utility services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
  7. Lead and supervise a team of energy and utility professionals, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in energy management and sustainability.
  9. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations related to energy and utility services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree In A Related Field Such As Energy Management, Utility Services, Or Engineering.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Or Leadership Role Within The Energy And Utility Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of State And Federal Regulations, Policies, And Procedures Related To Energy And Utility Services.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Implementing Large-Scale Energy And Utility Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Including University Departments, Energy Providers, And Government Agencies.
