A Doctorate Degree In Criminal Justice, Criminology, Or A Closely Related Field From An Accredited University.
A Strong Record Of Teaching Experience, Including Courses In Criminal Justice, Criminology, And Related Areas Such As Law Enforcement, Corrections, And Criminal Behavior.
A Demonstrated Commitment To Research And Scholarship, Evidenced By Publications In Reputable Academic Journals And Presentations At Conferences.
Experience Working In The Criminal Justice Field, Either Through Previous Employment Or Volunteer Work, And A Thorough Understanding Of Current Issues And Trends In The Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Engage And Mentor Students From Diverse Backgrounds, As Well As Collaborate With Colleagues In A Team-Oriented Environment.
