1. Design and develop electronic systems for Textron's products.

4. Conduct research and testing to identify and resolve any design issues or challenges.
5. Create and review technical specifications, schematics, and other documentation related to electronic systems.
6. Utilize various software tools and programming languages to develop and test electronic systems.
7. Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations in all electronic designs.
8. Troubleshoot and solve any technical issues that may arise during the design and development process.
9. Continuously improve and optimize electronic designs to enhance product performance and reliability.
10. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and any potential issues.
11. Maintain accurate and organized records of all design and development activities.
12. Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve overall product quality.
13. Mentor and train junior engineers as needed.
14. Proactively identify and suggest new technologies or processes that could improve electronic designs.
15. Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within designated deadlines.
