- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate human factors principles into the design process.
- Design and conduct usability tests to evaluate the effectiveness and user-friendliness of our products.
- Identify potential risks and hazards related to human factors and implement solutions to mitigate them.
- Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and user satisfaction across all products.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in human factors engineering to continuously improve our products.
- Communicate and present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Train and educate team members and other departments on human factors principles and best practices.
- Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations and policies in the development process.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the human factors engineering department.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Factors Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Human Factors Design And Usability Testing.
Strong Knowledge Of Human Factors Principles And Methodologies, Including Human-Computer Interaction, User-Centered Design, And Task Analysis.
Proficiency In Relevant Software And Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Autocad, And Statistical Analysis Software.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In Cross-Functional Teams.
