The Bank of New York Mellon is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Analyst, Client Processing to join our Client Services team. This individual should possess a strong customer service mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to take initiative and develop creative solutions to client needs.The successful Analyst, Client Processing will be responsible for providing extraordinary client services and support to increase client satisfaction and ensure the highest level of customer service. The right individual will be comfortable interfacing with clients of all levels and will be able to handle a variety of tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
