The HR Senior Advisor will be a strategic partner to our executive team and will be responsible for driving results and creating positive change in our organization. From developing and implementing effective HR initiatives to overseeing employee relations and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, the HR Senior Advisor will be a key contributor to our success. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in human resources, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. We require an individual with a strong understanding of HR processes, a commitment to providing exceptional customer service, and an ability to think strategically and solve complex problems. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement effective HR initiatives to support the success of the organization.
  2. Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to executive team and employees.
  4. Think strategically and solve complex problems.
  5. Maintain positive working relationships with staff and other stakeholders.
  6. Monitor and review HR policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date.
  7. Analyze data to identify issues and trends.
  8. Support the recruitment and onboarding of employees.
  9. Facilitate communication between executive team and employees.
  10. Ensure the organization's compliance with relevant employment laws.
