Job Description

The Bank of New York Mellon seeks an experienced marketing leader to join our team as the Senior Vice President, FX & Markets Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and communication strategies that enable us to capitalize on our competitive advantages and further our leadership position in the FX & Markets space. To be successful in this role, you must have an extensive background in marketing and communications, with a deep understanding of the financial services market and the FX & Markets space. You must be an innovative and creative thinker, as well as an excellent communicator and collaborator. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies for the FX & Markets space
  2. Analyze financial services market and develop effective solutions to capitalize on competitive advantages
  3. Identify innovative and creative opportunities to drive business growth
  4. Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing campaigns
  5. Oversee budgeting and planning processes for marketing initiatives
  6. Monitor and assess market performance of existing and new campaigns
  7. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience
  8. Analyze performance of campaigns and make recommendations for improvements.
  9. Stay abreast of latest trends and technologies in the FX & Markets space.

Compensation
