Job Description

The Bank of New York Mellon is looking for an experienced and motivated Vice President, Corporate Actions Manager to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work within a fast-paced and innovative environment while helping to design and implement corporate action processes and procedures. You must possess strong problem-solving skills and a keen understanding of corporate action operations.Qualifications for this position include: a minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate action operations and process improvement; a Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance; and a proven track record of delivering results. Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement corporate action processes and procedures.
  2. Analyze corporate action operations to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement solutions to improve corporate action operations.
  4. Implement systems and processes to ensure accuracy of corporate action data.
  5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure successful execution of corporate actions.
  6. Monitor and report on corporate action operations and process performance.
  7. Review and update existing corporate action processes as needed.
  8. Provide training and guidance to team members on corporate action processes.
  9. Ensure all corporate action policies and procedures are adhered to.
  10. Track corporate action metrics and provide regular reports to management.
