
Field Loss Prevention Manager
The Children's Place is looking for an experienced, results-oriented Field Loss Prevention Manager to join our team and help ensure the safety and security of our customers and employees. We are looking for an individual with a passion for protecting our stores and the ability to develop comprehensive loss prevention strategies. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Loss Prevention role, preferably in a retail environment. They must also have the ability to develop and implement comprehensive loss prevention programs, and have a sound understanding of safety and security protocols. They should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to think creatively to develop innovative solutions to loss prevention challenges. Finally, the selected candidate should be highly motivated and possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive loss prevention programs.
- Monitor store safety and security protocols and provide guidance and recommendations when needed.
- Monitor store activity for potential risks and take proactive steps to mitigate any losses.
- Analyze loss prevention data and develop strategies to reduce incidents.
- Train and educate store personnel on loss prevention policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure compliance with loss prevention regulations.
- Develop innovative solutions to loss prevention challenges.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with local law enforcement.
- Investigate and report any suspicious activity.
- Track and report on loss prevention metrics.
