Sourcing Assistant, Pre-Production

1. Assist in the pre-production process for all products by working with vendors and internal departments to ensure all necessary paperwork is completed on time.
2. Monitor and track the progress of all pre-production activities.
3. Maintain accurate records of all pre-production activities.
4. Create and review technical packages for products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
5. Work with vendors to ensure timely delivery of production materials.
6. Liaise with production and quality control teams to ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality.
7. Proactively identify potential issues or delays with vendor production and work with vendors to resolve them.
8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
9. Monitor market trends and identify new potential vendors.
10. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve cost and quality of production.
