Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team as Store Lead at The Children's Place! This is a great opportunity for a creative, organized, and customer-focused individual to help us achieve our goals.The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of two years of retail or customer service experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a passion for providing great customer service. A commitment to providing a positive and inviting shopping experience is essential. Additionally, the successful candidate should be able to work independently, as well as work collaboratively with a team.If you have the ability to create a fun and rewarding shopping experience for customers, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
  2. Ensure store is adequately stocked and properly merchandised.
  3. Assist customers with finding the right products for their needs.
  4. Provide product knowledge and advice to customers.
  5. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  6. Ensure store is kept clean and organized.
  7. Ensure store adheres to safety and security protocols.
  8. Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
  9. Oversee and coordinate daily store operations.
  10. Train and supervise store staff.
