- Oversee and manage all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Drive sales by setting and achieving sales targets and monitoring performance metrics.
- Train, mentor, and coach team members to provide exceptional customer service and achieve individual and store goals.
- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members by fostering a culture of inclusivity, positivity, and teamwork.
- Maintain a deep knowledge and understanding of the latest children's fashion trends and products to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards to maintain a safe and professional work environment.
- Handle and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Collaborate with district and regional managers to develop and implement strategies to maximize store performance and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure visual merchandising and operational standards are met.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for enhancing store performance.
- Lead by example by demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety, security, and compliance regulations.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Retail Management Experience, Preferably In A Children's Clothing Store.
Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Customers And Employees In A Friendly And Professional Manner.
Knowledge Of Current Fashion Trends And The Ability To Merchandise And Display Products In An Appealing And Creative Manner.
Flexibility To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Nights And Weekends, As Needed.
