7. Handle and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
8. Collaborate with district and regional managers to develop and implement strategies to maximize store performance and profitability.
9. Monitor and analyze sales and inventory data to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
10. Conduct regular store audits to ensure visual merchandising and operational standards are met.
11. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for enhancing store performance.
13. Lead by example by demonstrating a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety, security, and compliance regulations.
