Investor Relations Director
Collaborate with the IRO, Global Director, and other IR staff members to lead the creation of value-driver-based investment messages. Serve as a key communicator to the global markets and explain the corporate strategy and how current market and performance conditions affect this strategy. Predict and strategize with internal constituencies the investor’s reaction to corporate announcements and market issues and take responsibility for shaping perceptions. Lead analysis of current and potential institutional ownership of the company’s stock and create, and execute a plan to develop the optimal shareholder base for the company. Support the development of the investor relations team through coaching and feedback.
10+ years related experience
CPA, CFA or MBA preferred
5 years of relevant banking or investor relations experience required
