  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts at Shoprite and Wegmans.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for all communication and business initiatives with the designated accounts.
  3. Utilize strategic thinking to identify and pursue growth opportunities within the accounts.
  4. Drive sales and profitability by developing and executing effective account plans.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of goals and strategies for the accounts.
  6. Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to make informed business decisions.
  7. Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to provide updates on account performance and opportunities.
  8. Negotiate and execute contracts and pricing agreements with the accounts.
  9. Coordinate and participate in customer meetings and presentations.
  10. Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by the accounts in a timely and effective manner.
  11. Maintain a deep understanding of the beverage industry and the competitive landscape.
  12. Represent The Coca-Cola Company and its products in a professional and positive manner.
  13. Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
  14. Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  15. Stay updated on industry and market trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  16. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  17. Train and develop junior team members as needed.
  18. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of account activities and sales data.
  19. Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed and network with key stakeholders.
  20. Embody the values and culture of The Coca-Cola Company and act as a brand ambassador at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Account Management, Preferably In The Retail Or Consumer Goods Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Key Accounts And Driving Sales Growth.

  • Strong Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders.

  • Knowledge And Understanding Of The Retail Landscape And Consumer Trends, Particularly Within The Grocery Sector.
