Job Description

We are looking for a driven and motivated Sales Director to join our team at the Costa Coffee Cambridge location of The Coca-Cola Company. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven record of driving sales and profits. They must have excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think outside of the box. The Sales Director will be responsible for creating innovative strategies and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Costa Coffee Cambridge location.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of seven years of experience in a sales and/or management role, preferably in the beverage or food industry. They must be able to think critically, analyze data and make decisions quickly. The role also requires someone who is a team player and can work collaboratively with other departments.
