
Sr. Key Account Manager, Drug Channel

- Manage and grow key accounts within the drug channel to meet and exceed sales targets and profitability goals.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and profitability within the drug channel.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts, understanding their needs and providing solutions to meet their goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the drug channel, providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and supply chain, to develop and execute joint business plans with key accounts.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the complexities of the drug channel, including pricing, regulations, and distribution.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to address any issues.
- Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions for The Coca-Cola Company.
- Monitor and track sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to address any gaps.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports on key account performance and market trends to senior management.
- Represent The Coca-Cola Company in a professional and positive manner, promoting our brand and values in all interactions with key accounts and external stakeholders.
Minimum Of 5-7 Years Of Experience In Key Account Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Growing Key Accounts Within The Drug Channel.
Strong Understanding Of Industry Trends And Dynamics, Including Knowledge Of Drug Formularies And Managed Care Contracts.
Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Negotiate And Collaborate With Key Stakeholders.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field; Mba Preferred.
