
Warehouse Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative will work with Northampton and the Northeast Planning groups to ensure order fulfillment. They will be responsible for overseeing and communicating any demand increases/shortages and ensuring appropriate action is taken. Inventory Management- shortages/overages. Communication with Northampton & NE Planning, sister plants & copackers. Partners with Planning, Quality & Warehouse to ensure order fulfillment & escalates complex conditions to Supervisor. Develops and provides analysis of order cuts. Participates in cross-functional work streams to evaluate and recommend standardized processes.
Bachelor degree preferred.
1-2 years in customer service, warehouse coordinator or equivalent experience.
Ability to define a problem, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions and solutions.
