Communicate with peers and others to exchange feedback on products/service issues, identify and/or solve problems, assess needs and or/achieve business results. Identify activities not in accordance with company policies and procedures and inform appropriate parties. Ensure appropriate documentation and retention of statistics in relation to execution against policies, procedures and standards. Packs, protects, consolidates and arranges orders from warehouse stock, shelves according to written orders; transports, stacks and labels containers with appropriate identification; performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures. Individual contributor that performs under direct supervision the full range of established procedures and will typically be considered skilled through on-the-job experience; resolves routine issues without supervisory approval; this is an entry level position.
