Distribution Supervisor

The Container Store is seeking an experienced and energetic Distribution Supervisor to join our team! This role is critical in helping our Distribution Center run efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the Distribution Center and its team of associates. Responsibilities:

1. Manage and motivate the team of associates in the Distribution Center.
2. Monitor daily production and shipping activities to ensure customer satisfaction and quality standards are maintained.
3. Ensure a safe working environment and adhere to all safety regulations.
4. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve process efficiency.
5. Analyze production data and provide feedback to senior management.
6. Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and organize inbound/outbound shipments.
7. Train and mentor new associates on warehouse operations and safety protocols.
8. Establish goals and objectives for the Distribution Center.
9. Address customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective coordination of operations.
