The Container Store is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our retail team. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide customers with product knowledge and recommendations
  2. Help customers find the perfect organizational solution for their needs
  3. Assist customers with selecting and purchasing products
  4. Create a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction
  5. Process sales transactions quickly and accurately
  6. Work with management team to develop and implement sales strategies
  7. Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication
  8. Remain up to date on current sales and promotional programs
  9. Ensure store is stocked and organized according to company standards
  10. Assist with merchandising and inventory control
