If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an eye for detail, this job will be a great fit for you!Required Qualifications:-High school diploma or equivalent-Minimum of two years of customer service experience-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment-Strong problem-solving skills-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills-Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a friendly, professional manner.
  2. Accurately record customer interactions in the customer service database.
  3. Research customer inquiries and provide solutions to customer issues.
  4. Act as a liaison between customers and the appropriate departments.
  5. Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document customer interactions.
  6. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take appropriate action to improve customer experience.
  7. Resolve customer disputes in a timely manner.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of the company's products and services.
  9. Provide feedback and recommendations to management on ways to improve customer service.
  10. Participate in team meetings and company events.
