Job Description

Participate in all stages of the global equity plan lifecycle, including the grant of annual and off-cycle awards, delivery of awards, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting and data reconciliation. Assist in the review of global financial, regulatory, legal and tax considerations associated with equity plans and resulting design changes. Respond to employee and stakeholder inquiries and participate in Equity Compensation training. Assist in the planning and analysis related to Goldman Sachs acquisitions and the impact on Equity Compensation. Partner with stakeholders, including Engineering, to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, minimize risk and streamline processes. Manage Equity Compensation website. Work closely with team members and stakeholders to foster professional growth and career development.

Job Qualifications
