Associate - Freight/Receiving

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee receiving, stocking, and distribution of merchandise throughout the store.
2. Ensure accurate inventory levels and data entry.
3. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of service.
4. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
5. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and complaints.
6. Operate forklift and other equipment to move merchandise.
7. Ensure accuracy when preparing orders for shipment.
8. Unload incoming shipments and check for accuracy.
9. Monitor inventory stock levels and order supplies when needed.
10. Maintain records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.
11. Utilize inventory software and retail point-of-sale systems.
12. Drive as part of daily duties with valid driver’s license.
