Associate - Freight/Receiving

Responsibilities:

1. Receive and unload shipments, verify accuracy of incoming orders, and ensure that products are properly stored.
2. Maintain an organized stockroom and ensure that all items are properly labeled and stored.
3. Assist customers with loading and unloading purchased items.
4. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other related equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
5. Identify and report any damages or discrepancies in incoming shipments to ensure accurate inventory records.
6. Ensure that all safety and security protocols are followed.
7. Assist with other general duties, as needed.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
9. Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
10. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
