
CRM Project Manager
The CRM Project Manager (PM) is responsible for working with the Manager/ Senior Manager, CRM and internal and external partners during the production of a CRM Campaign. The PM will be responsible for ensuring alignment between CRM strategy and creative. The PM will ensure that the established process is followed by the agency and internal partners in marketing and merchandising. The PM will ensure that all required documentation including the editorial calendar are distributed to produce CRM programs utilizing email, mobile, social and any other active CRM channels, through existing platforms at The Home Depot. Develop and maintain editorial calendar & segmentation matrices (any and all required documentation). Oversee execution and measure ROI of assigned CRM life cycle management programs. Contribute to strategy development based on analytical results and competitive tracking of CRM programs.
