  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  3. Offer knowledgeable product recommendations and provide information on features and benefits.
  4. Assist customers with locating products and accompanying them to desired areas of the store.
  5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise displays.
  7. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and targets.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  9. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions to effectively assist customers.
  10. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
  11. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  12. Stay informed on company policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
  13. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay current on company updates and procedures.
  14. Adhere to all company and legal policies and regulations.
  15. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  16. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience.
  17. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
