Freight/Receiving Associate

11. Continuously monitor and report any inventory shortages or overages to management.
12. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, safety, inventory, and merchandise handling guidelines.
13. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.
14. Assist with maintaining a positive and productive working environment by promoting teamwork and cooperation among team members.
15. Attend training sessions and meetings as required to stay updated on company policies and procedures, safety regulations, and job-specific skills.
