  1. Serve as the main point of contact for all HR-related inquiries from associates, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  2. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively and efficiently address and resolve inquiries.
  3. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of HR policies, procedures, and benefits to accurately assist associates.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when communicating with associates to ensure a positive experience.
  5. Understand and adhere to confidentiality standards when handling sensitive employee information.
  6. Collaborate with other HR team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  7. Keep accurate records of all interactions with associates and update relevant systems accordingly.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and streamline HR processes and procedures.
  9. Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and benefits to provide accurate and up-to-date information to associates.
  10. Support and participate in HR initiatives and projects as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications

  • Ability To Multitask And Prioritize: This Job Requires The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively. Hr Services Contact Center Associates May Be Responsible For Answering Phone Calls, Responding To Emails, And Managing Various Hr Tasks Simultaneously.
