  1. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for infrastructure and hardware projects.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of project goals.
  3. Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.
  4. Communicate project updates, status reports, and risks to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  5. Lead and motivate project team members to ensure project milestones are met.
  6. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
  7. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to streamline project processes and improve efficiency.
  8. Ensure projects are completed within scope, timeline, and budget.
  9. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement lessons learned.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technology and project management.
  11. Mentor and train junior project managers and team members.
  12. Foster a positive and productive work environment within the project team.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to IT security and data privacy.
  14. Represent The Home Depot in a professional manner and uphold the company's values and standards.
  15. Continuously assess and improve project management processes to drive business success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Specifically In Infrastructure And Hardware Delivery.

  • Strong Understanding Of It Infrastructure And Hardware Systems, Including Networking, Servers, And Storage.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Complex It Projects On Time And Within Budget.
