
Manager, Contingent Labor

- Oversee the management and utilization of the company's contingent workforce to support store and operational needs.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding of contingent workers.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the contingent workforce to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and understand workforce needs and make recommendations for contingent worker utilization.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to contingent labor.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices for managing and utilizing contingent labor.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external staffing agencies and vendors.
- Continuously evaluate and improve processes for managing contingent labor to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and supervisors on managing and supervising contingent workers.
- Monitor and control costs related to contingent labor, ensuring budgetary guidelines are met.
- Maintain accurate records and data related to contingent labor utilization and performance.
- Communicate regularly with company leadership on the status of the contingent labor program and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in contingent labor management strategies.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to team members.
- Handle any escalations or issues related to contingent labor in a timely and professional manner.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Managing Contingent Labor Programs In A Large Organization.
Strong Understanding Of Labor Laws And Regulations Related To Contingent Workforce Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Internal Teams, Vendors, And External Stakeholders.
Proven Track Record Of Implementing Cost-Saving Initiatives And Optimizing Contingent Labor Spend.
Proficiency In Using Workforce Management Software And Other Tools To Track And Analyze Contingent Labor Data And Provide Insights For Decision-Making.
