  1. Ensure all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked in a visually appealing manner.
  2. Maintain inventory levels by monitoring stock and communicating with management to reorder as needed.
  3. Follow planograms and merchandising guidelines to ensure consistency across all store locations.
  4. Collaborate with team members to execute seasonal and promotional displays.
  5. Conduct regular store walks to identify any visual or inventory issues and take appropriate action to address them.
  6. Assist in receiving and processing new merchandise shipments, including unpacking, labeling, and organizing products.
  7. Utilize merchandising tools and equipment to create effective displays and maintain store appearance.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with locating products and answering any questions they may have.
  9. Communicate and collaborate with management and other team members to ensure store operations run smoothly.
  10. Adhere to safety protocols and company policies regarding merchandising and inventory management.
  11. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize store layout and merchandising strategies.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor strategies to make recommendations for improvement.
  13. Train and onboard new team members on merchandising standards and procedures.
  14. Take part in inventory counts and assist in identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
  15. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and teamwork.
