As a Merchandising Execution Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores are visually appealing and fully stocked with our high-quality products.   1. Ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked on the sales floor.
  2. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  3. Regularly check inventory levels and restock as needed.
  4. Collaborate with other team members to execute merchandise resets and displays.
  5. Follow visual merchandising guidelines and make adjustments as needed.
  6. Assist with receiving and processing new merchandise shipments.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding merchandise needs and issues.
  8. Use product knowledge to assist customers with finding and selecting products.
  9. Monitor and report any damaged or missing merchandise.
  10. Implement and maintain pricing and signage to accurately reflect current promotions and sales.
  11. Work efficiently and accurately to meet deadlines and maintain the overall appearance of the store.
  12. Continuously seek ways to improve the store's overall visual presentation and customer shopping experience.
  13. Adhere to all safety and security protocols while on the sales floor.
  14. Attend training and meetings as required to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company updates.
  15. Uphold The Home Depot's customer service standards and policies at all times.

  • Knowledge Of Retail Merchandising: A Successful Merchandising Execution Associate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Retail Merchandising Principles, Such As Planograms, Product Placement, And Visual Merchandising.
