Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Workforce Planning, Scheduling, And/Or Analytics.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Hris Systems, Preferably Kronos.

  • Proven Ability To Lead And Manage A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Analytical Skills.
