  1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the store and ensure all processes and procedures are followed.
  2. Maintain a high level of customer service by leading and training the store team to provide exceptional customer assistance and resolve any issues that may arise.
  3. Monitor sales and inventory levels to ensure the store is meeting its goals and targets.
  4. Work closely with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall store performance.
  5. Hire, train, and develop a team of dedicated associates to provide excellent customer service and achieve company goals.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment for all team members.
  7. Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  8. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a smooth and cohesive operation of the store.
  9. Analyze store performance data and provide recommendations for improvement to the Store Manager.
  10. Handle any customer concerns or escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Assist in the development and execution of promotional events and merchandising strategies.
  12. Manage and maintain store budgets and expenses to meet financial goals.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store performance.
  14. Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
  15. Represent The Home Depot brand and values by being a positive and knowledgeable presence in the store and community.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Home Improvement Or Hardware Store Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Developing A Team.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Other Managers, Associates, And Customers.

  • Proficient In Budgeting, Inventory Management, And Sales Analysis To Drive Store Performance And Achieve Financial Goals.

  • Demonstrated Knowledge And Understanding Of The Home Depot's Products, Services, And Policies.
