- Oversee day-to-day operations of the store and ensure all processes and procedures are followed.

- Handle any customer concerns or escalated issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development and execution of promotional events and merchandising strategies.
- Manage and maintain store budgets and expenses to meet financial goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve store performance.
- Communicate effectively with the Store Manager and other team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient operation.
- Represent The Home Depot brand and values by being a positive and knowledgeable presence in the store and community.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Management, Preferably In A Home Improvement Or Hardware Store Environment.
Strong Leadership Skills With A Proven Track Record Of Effectively Managing And Developing A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Collaborate With Other Managers, Associates, And Customers.
Proficient In Budgeting, Inventory Management, And Sales Analysis To Drive Store Performance And Achieve Financial Goals.
