- Lead and motivate a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive store performance and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and company policies and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze store performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience and increase customer loyalty.
- Assist in the hiring and onboarding of new team members, as well as conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate pricing and merchandising of products.
- Work collaboratively with other departments and team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient store processes.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to make recommendations for improvement and innovation within the store.

Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role, Preferably In The Home Improvement Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills And The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Interact With Customers, Employees, And Corporate Personnel.
Proven Track Record Of Achieving Sales Goals And Driving Profitability.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Store Operations, Including Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Customer Service.
