  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive and friendly first impression.
  2. Assist customers with locating products and answering any questions they may have.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and cleaning common areas.
  4. Process customer returns and exchanges, ensuring customer satisfaction and following company policies.
  5. Operate cash registers and handle monetary transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient store operations.
  7. Communicate effectively with customers and team members to provide excellent customer service.
  8. Keep track of inventory levels and alert management of any low stock or potential shortages.
  9. Follow safety and security procedures to maintain a safe working and shopping environment.
  10. Continuously stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
  11. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  12. Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.

Job Qualifications
  • Customer Service Experience: Store Support Associates At The Home Depot Need To Have Excellent Customer Service Skills In Order To Assist Customers With Their Inquiries, Complaints, And Purchases Effectively.

  • Knowledge Of Store Operations: Candidates For This Position Should Have A Good Understanding Of How A Retail Store Operates, Including Inventory Management, Merchandising, And Point Of Sale Systems.
