Job Description

Join our dynamic team at The Irvine Company as an Assistant Community Manager! We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual to assist in the management of one of our premier luxury communities. As an Assistant Community Manager, you will work closely with the Community Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the property and provide excellent service to our residents. If you have a passion for creating exceptional living experiences and possess strong leadership and communication skills, we want to hear from you!

  1. Assist Community Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the luxury community.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Collaborate with the Community Manager to create and implement strategies to increase resident satisfaction and retention.
  4. Conduct property tours and assist with the leasing process, ensuring a seamless experience for potential residents.
  5. Maintain accurate and organized resident records, including leasing agreements, maintenance requests, and resident communication.
  6. Help oversee the community's budget and expenses, ensuring all financial goals are met.
  7. Assist with marketing and advertising efforts to attract new residents.
  8. Coordinate and oversee community events and activities to foster a sense of community and enhance resident satisfaction.
  9. Assist with hiring and training of community staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  10. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
  11. Maintain a safe and secure community by promptly addressing any safety or security concerns.
  12. Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and provide suggestions to enhance the community and resident experience.
  13. Act as a liaison between residents and management, effectively communicating and addressing any issues or concerns.
  14. Stay updated on market trends and competition, providing recommendations to stay competitive and meet resident needs.
  15. Uphold the company's values and promote a positive and professional work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business, Real Estate, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Property Management Or Customer Service.

  • Knowledge Of Fair Housing Laws And Regulations.
