1. Coordinate and manage various projects related to environmental health and safety across multiple properties.
2. Ensure compliance with all applicable EH&S regulations and standards.
3. Collaborate with the EH&S team to develop and implement strategies to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.
4. Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and make recommendations for corrective actions.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
6. Monitor and track progress of projects and provide regular updates to the EH&S team.
7. Prepare and distribute reports on EH&S performance metrics and trends.
8. Conduct training and awareness programs for employees and tenants on EH&S policies and procedures.
9. Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing EH&S processes and procedures.
10. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to environmental health and safety.
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to EH&S projects and initiatives.
12. Manage budgets and resources allocated for EH&S projects.
13. Identify and address potential EH&S risks and escalate any issues to the appropriate parties.
14. Represent the company in EH&S related meetings and events.
15. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of EH&S programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
