- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving supply planning processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Identify potential supply chain disruptions and develop contingency plans to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with production and sourcing teams to ensure timely production and delivery of products.
- Develop and maintain supply planning models to forecast demand and inform inventory levels.
- Analyze sales and inventory data to make recommendations for product assortment and inventory management.
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery of materials and resolve any supply-related issues.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to supply planning, such as inventory turnover and fulfillment rates.
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline supply planning processes and increase efficiency.
- Train and support team members on supply planning processes and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure alignment and accuracy in demand forecasting.
- Prepare and present reports and insights to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to supply planning and inventory management.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the supply planning team.
Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
2-3 Years Of Experience In Supply Planning Or Inventory Management, Preferably In The Retail Or Outdoor Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Interpret And Use Data To Make Informed Decisions.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally With Teams Such As Sales, Operations, And Finance.
Proficiency In Supply Planning Software And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, Or Jda.
