
Director, Product Management & Merchandise
Are you an experienced leader in product management and retail merchandising? The North Face is looking for a Director, Product Management & Merchandise that can drive product development and innovation, while managing our sales and merchandising teams to maximize profit and market share.This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and expanding product market share. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader with a proven track record for developing product strategies, managing successful product launches, and optimizing products for customer needs. We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication skills, a commitment to innovation, and a passion for the outdoors.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in product management and/or retail merchandising. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong analytical skills, business acumen and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop product strategies, launch successful products, and optimize products for customer needs.
- Drive product development and innovation to maximize profits and market share.
- Manage sales and merchandising teams to ensure success.
