Floor Supervisor

The North Face is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Floor Supervisor to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and who takes pride in their work. This position requires an individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented with an ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We’re looking for a team player who is eager to take on additional responsibilities and help us reach our goals. The successful candidate should have at least 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role. Additionally, they must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:

1. Supervise activities of sales associates to ensure efficient and effective customer service
2. Monitor sales performance, customer service, and store appearance to ensure quality standards are met
3. Oversee financial processes such as cash handling, returns, and exchanges
4. Train and coach sales associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
5. Monitor stock levels and order products when necessary
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
7. Maintain a safe and secure working environment
8. Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling shifts, creating reports, and recording sales data
9. Assist with opening and closing procedures
10. Assist with visual merchandising to ensure store displays are attractive and inviting
11. Adhere to all company policies and procedures
12. Perform any other duties as assigned
