Product Director, Innovation

1. Develop and oversee the product design and innovation process for The North Face.
2. Set strategic direction for product development.
3. Ensure that products are meeting customer needs and are innovative.
4. Lead and manage a team of product designers and innovators.
5. Monitor trends in the outdoor industry and implement creative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
6. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.
7. Identify opportunities for new and innovative products.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
9. Analyze market data and use insights to inform product design.
10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure products are meeting customer needs and expectations.
