
Project Manager, eCommerce
The North Face is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager, eCommerce to join our team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with the ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders with ease. We are looking for someone who can bring their natural enthusiasm and creative thinking to help us build and manage a world-class eCommerce experience.This role requires a minimum of 5 years of project management experience in an eCommerce environment. A background in retail, fashion, or consumer products is preferred. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and on budget. The Project Manager, eCommerce must have a deep understanding of the eCommerce space and the ability to identify and act upon opportunities to improve performance.The successful candidate must possess strong leadership skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to anticipate and manage potential risks. The ability to think strategically and present solutions in a persuasive and articulate manner is essential for success in this position. Additionally, the Project Manager, eCommerce will need to be able to work under tight deadlines and manage competing priorities.We are looking for an individual who is not only passionate about eCommerce, but also excited to be part of a high-performing team. Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage eCommerce projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery on time and on budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any risks or issues before they become problems.
- Apply strategic and creative thinking to identify opportunities to improve eCommerce performance.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and accuracy of data.
- Work with team members to create and deliver presentations and reports.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process for eCommerce initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects at once.
