The North Face is looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the outdoors, a drive to succeed, and an appreciation for customer service. Responsibilities: • Greet customers and provide excellent customer service • Assist customers in finding the products they need • Answer customer inquiries and address customer complaints • Operate a cash register and process payments • Restock shelves and maintain store displays • Assist with inventory management and loss prevention • Provide knowledgeable advice about products • Stay up to date on product information and changes • Maintain a clean and organized store environment • Follow company policies and procedures • Meet sales goals and objectives set by the store manager
