Sales Associate

The North Face is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with customers and has a strong desire to help them find the right products.As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers, and helping to create a positive in-store experience. To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and a genuine interest in the outdoors and in The North Face's products. 5. Assist in maintaining store appearance and organization.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of The North Face’s products and services.
7. Answer customer inquiries and provide information about the company and its products.
8. Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
9. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies and procedures.
