Sales Associate

At The North Face, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is enthusiastic about outdoor apparel and has a customer-focused attitude. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service, helping customers find the products they need, accurately processing transactions, and upholding the company’s customer experience standards.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to quickly learn and navigate our product line, and strong problem-solving skills. Additionally, you must have at least one year of retail experience and a high school diploma or equivalent. Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by attending to customer needs and inquiries

• Assist customers in finding the products they need and navigating the product line

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently

• Uphold the company’s customer experience standards

• Respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

• Maintain product displays and ensure overall store cleanliness

• Restock merchandise as needed

• Follow all safety and security protocols

• Other duties as assigned
