Vice President, Global Strategy and Digital Transformation

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Vice President, Global Strategy and Digital Transformation for The North Face. This position will be responsible for creating and driving a vision for the company’s global strategy and digital transformation and leading the associated initiatives. Responsibilities:

1. Develop a long-term global strategy for The North Face that encompasses digital transformation initiatives.
2. Lead cross-functional teams to implement the global strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
3. Analyze the current landscape of digital transformation and ensure that the company’s strategy is aligned with industry trends.
4. Collaborate with senior management to ensure that the global strategy and digital transformation initiatives are implemented in a timely manner.
5. Develop and manage a budget for the global strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
6. Monitor progress of the global strategy and digital transformation initiatives and adjust as necessary.
7. Ensure that all initiatives are in line with the company’s core values and ethical standards.
8. Communicate the global strategy and digital transformation initiatives to stakeholders both internally and externally.
9. Provide leadership and direction to the teams to ensure that they are meeting the objectives of the global strategy and digital transformation initiatives.
10. Identify opportunities for The North Face to capitalize on digital transformation opportunities and capitalize on them.
